Terms of Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Kramble on devices you own or control, in line with the app store's own terms. The app is licensed, not sold.

Please do not:

• Copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law permits it.
• Use the app to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights.
• Interfere with the app's security, or with any service it depends on.

Anything you create or save in Kramble stays yours. We claim no ownership of it, and we do not use it to train anything or to advertise to you.

The Kramble name, icon, design and code belong to Ketch Labs Inc. or our licensors.

Kramble has no in-app purchases.

We improve Kramble over time, which means features can change or be removed. We may also stop supporting older operating system versions.

Kramble is provided as it is. We build it carefully, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada, where Ketch Labs Inc. is based.
