Terms of Use

Kramble is a word puzzle game in which players use provided letter tiles to create words and complete game challenges.

Game rules, difficulty levels, rewards, available features, and other gameplay mechanics may change as the App is updated.

Kramble is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may use Kramble only if you are legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age required to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Kramble uses word lists and other linguistic resources to determine whether words are accepted during gameplay.

The inclusion, exclusion, spelling, definition, difficulty, or classification of a word within Kramble is part of the game’s mechanics and should not be considered an authoritative linguistic determination.

A word being accepted or rejected by Kramble does not necessarily mean that the same word will be considered valid or invalid by other dictionaries, games, competitions, educational institutions, or organizations.

We may add, remove, modify, or reclassify words at any time to improve gameplay, accuracy, or suitability.

Kramble may include virtual items such as:

• Coins
• Hints
• Other virtual game items or rewards

These items exist only within Kramble and have no real-world monetary value.

Virtual items cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred outside the App, or redeemed for real-world goods or services unless we explicitly state otherwise.

We may adjust the availability, price, functionality, or balance of virtual items as the game evolves.

Kramble may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual currency, hints, or other digital items.

Purchases are processed by the platform through which you obtained the App, such as the Apple App Store, and are subject to that platform’s applicable payment terms.

Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, and platform.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the policies of the applicable app marketplace, purchases of consumable virtual items are final and non-refundable once delivered or consumed.

Ketch Labs Inc. does not directly process or store your complete payment card information.

Kramble may display advertisements.

Some features may allow you to voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for virtual items or gameplay benefits.

The availability of rewarded advertisements is not guaranteed. Ads may be unavailable because of your location, device, internet connection, advertising provider, technical conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Rewards are provided only when the App successfully receives confirmation that the requirements for the rewarded advertisement have been completed.

Certain game progress, settings, virtual currency, inventory, scores, and other information may be stored locally on your device or using services connected to the App.

Deleting Kramble, clearing its data, changing devices, or losing access to your device may result in the loss of locally stored game progress.

We do not guarantee that lost game progress, virtual currency, rewards, or other game data can always be recovered.

You agree not to interfere with the normal operation of Kramble or attempt to obtain an unfair advantage through unauthorized methods.

You may not:

• Modify, hack, or manipulate the App
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to obtain unauthorized rewards
• Manipulate advertisements or rewarded-ad systems
• Circumvent purchase or payment systems
• Use automated systems to manipulate gameplay or rewards
• Attempt to access systems or information that you are not authorized to access
• Reverse engineer the App except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law

We may take reasonable measures to protect the integrity and security of the App.

Kramble, including its software, graphics, interface, game design, branding, logos, artwork, sounds, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Ketch Labs Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Kramble for its intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Kramble or its intellectual property to you.

Third-party words, definitions, fonts, libraries, software, or other materials may be subject to their respective licenses and ownership rights.

We may update Kramble periodically to introduce new features, change gameplay mechanics, rebalance rewards, fix bugs, improve security, or otherwise modify the App.

Features, game modes, rewards, virtual items, prices, and other aspects of Kramble may be changed, added, or removed over time.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available permanently.

We aim to keep Kramble available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The App or certain features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, network conditions, third-party service interruptions, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Kramble may rely on third-party services for functionality such as advertising, purchases, analytics, hosting, or other technical services.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable third-party providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services or content except to the extent required by applicable law.

Kramble is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.

Word lists, definitions, hints, and other language-related information are provided primarily for gameplay and entertainment and may contain errors, omissions, regional differences, or variations in usage.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ketch Labs Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use Kramble.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

You may stop using Kramble at any time by deleting the App.

We may restrict or terminate access to certain features where reasonably necessary to protect the App, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, or protect other users or our services.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Your use of Kramble is also subject to the Kramble Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, and shared when you use the App.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer protection rights that you may have under mandatory laws applicable in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to Kramble, our business practices, legal requirements, or available features.

When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Your continued use of Kramble after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
